The Articles are sold and delivered in the countries listed on the website. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

Once the order leaves, an email will be sent to the Customer to confirm that the order has been dispatched.

For security reasons, we will not ship any order to a PO Box number, nor will it accept any order where it is not possible to identify the recipient and the address.

Responsibility for the articles will be transferred to the Customer at the moment the order is delivered.

The package will be sent back to the central warehouse, and it will be understood that the Customer renounces the content and will not be entitled to demand a refund on the order.

SPZ FREETRADE  may in good faith reimburse the customer for the order once it has been returned to our warehouses, deducting the shipment and return costs caused by non-receipt of the shipment by the Customer from the reimbursement. If the Customer wants to receive the order again, the order must be placed again.

The User shall have a period of 14 working days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery of the same in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

  • The unwanted product must be in the same condition as delivered, and must retain its original labelling and packaging.
  • The unwanted product must be returned using the same packaging in which it has been received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar packaging so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

If the above requirements have been respected, SPZ FREETRADE, S. L. will send the user an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, and will proceed to the payment of the amount of the returned products.

We recommend sending the products by certified mail or by transport companies as we are not responsible for losses if the returns have been sent by regular mail.

We do not accept returns postage due, unless the customer has been authorized in writing to proceed in this way.

The refund will be made in the same payment used in the purchase.

It is possible to make one change of size or color of a product for free, if we have stock of the desired product. In the case that you want another item, you should request the return and place a new order. You should contact us at the email, and we will tell you how to proceed.

Once the return is processed and approved, you will receive an email where we will inform you that your refund has been made or your exchange order is on its way.

If you do not receive this confirmation within 10 days, please, contact our Customer care service and we will help you.

Items have to be in perfect condition and original labels must be intact. You will receive a confirmation email indicating the refund amount that will be paid for your item/s.

Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

The shipping costs are paid by SPZ FREETRADE, S. L.

Taxes, customs and other charges are not included in the shipping costs paid on your Purchase Order. SPZ FREETRADE, S. L. has no control over these fiscal policies that vary from country to country. The international courier service with which we work can present you with an invoice that is independent of the local customs authorities. Please remember that.

The transit time is:

  • Standard shipping (Peninsula and Portugal): 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • Balearic Islands: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
